Hi all. Started having an issue recently where when I copy paste a TG and reassign the OPC items to the correct new addresses I will occasionally get a Null inserted when the TG evaluates and IG will tell me it is a ‘Null pointer exception’. I’ve had this happen on a couple of occasions and the only remedy seems to be to edit the OPC Device without making any changes and save to force a rebrowse of the controller tags, which seems odd since the tag that is causing issues has existed since the OPC device was added to the IG gateway in the first place. Also directly browsing the OPC tags from the tag editor will result in the same ‘Null Pointer Exception’.
