Tags from OPC DA COM server are all coming through as null values.
Check the gateway logs for any DCOM errors about the configuration. I don't remember exactly what was my solution, but I remember running that into something similar and my DCOM settings in the operating system for the Ignition gateway needed to be adjusted.
If you see an error in the dcom settings, I would say run through IAs guide again or try support if you've ran through that or it previously worked. Another thing to consider, Windows has been rolling out some DCOM hardening patches, that I feared might cause some chaos, but haven't ran into any yet personally, so I don't have much else to provide on that yet.
