Can I pass a NULL value to an input parameter of a stored procedure using the SQL Bridge Module and a Stored Procedure Transaction Group?
Unfortunately, it appears that it’s not currently possible to pass a null. All item values are “coerced” to their specified data types in such a way that nulls are converted to the default value of the type. This should be changed soon, because it’s different than how FactorySQL did it.
For example, it should be possible to create an expression item whose expression was simply the keyword “null”. Currently even this will be converted to “” if the item is a string. That doesn’t make much sense. It will be modified for version 7.0.5.
