Hi All,
I have an Ignition ver. 8.1.7 and have a redundancy setup.
When we do a force failover / main gateway had to be shutdown, all the registered/not active alarm was shown in our alarm history like the image below.
My question is how can we prevent this registered alarms appearing in our alarm history?
Please note that the alarms in the snippet above was not active during and after the failover.
Is there a settings that we have to disable?
Any help would be much appreciated.
