Odd entry in Perspective alarm journal

Using Perspective, v8.1.13

I am seeing strange entries in the alarm journal. Like the one in yellow. Any idea why these are in the journal? Notice the odd entry has a different event id than the other two.

If you filter on that unexpected Event Id, do you see any other entries?

No, that is the only entry for the eventid from the oddball entry.
