If somehow in future modules a default automatic description can be used to identify a downtime event that has not been entered it to the descriptions table. For example: Linestate= 115 but there is no downtime reason given for that code. then the description would read “Downtime reason code 115 triggered” or something to that effect. This becomes usefull on mature systems that have large downtime reaon code tables.
