My application uses emailing via microsoft/office365. This worked fine. Just this week our IT enabled multifactor authetnication for office365, and now emails are failing with errors in the log that are like this -
javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [MN2PR19CA0009.namprd19.prod.outlook.com]
Is there a way to work with MFA and Office365 so that Ignition can still send out emails? I don’t see anything under Email Settings that directly relate to MFA so I am not sure this is possible.
