The Form component can be used while connected outside of the native app. All offline functionality requires use of the native app. This is the only way we can download the required project resources and store queued information to be uploaded later. It's also the only way to securely control who accesses the project while unable to use the IdP configured for use by the Gateway while offline; the app requests device-level authentication, while a browser would not be able to.
