We have developed a module that can read/write Omron PLCs using FINS/UDP protocol. This module, was a small piece of a bigger project involving Ignition. Now that we have some time to spare, we want to do the module more user friendly and maybe sell it in Ignitions marketPlace. The communication with the PLCs works well, but the interface is raw, using an external file to configure the module. I read in the forums that is posible to modify the web page to create specific menus, but I don’t know if this is the way to go. Also we have to sign the module because the actual one only works in a developer license.
Can anybody tell me hints of how we can do a proper interface for this module? Thanks a lot in advance!
