We are using Perspective Workstation application, and We are looking for on screen keyboard which can support for Login process and string entry in runtime screens. Is there any way to enable this functionality

Most people have essentially given up on this with perspective workstation.
If you are doing a panel pc with perspective, you can make a simple firefox based kiosk system with ubuntu linux, and it will have a fully functional on screen keyboard. Windows onscreen keyboard support is appalling, and windows is an appalling OS to run hmi style screens on.
