I have multiple clients running off of this gateway. For some reason, this one client gets logged out and has to re-login every 15 minutes or so but none of the other clients do that. It’s likely not a project properties issue because otherwise all clients would log out, right?
What should I look for?
It looks like I may be running into a max number of clients issue. What’s the max number of clients on 7.9 Is there a way to change that?
When I log in I am sometimes met with a “too many clients running” error. I’ve got 5 clients running
The only client limitation that I am aware of in Vision, is a license dependancy. So you I would check into that. I beleive there were 1 client, 5 client, and unlimited licenses.
Once you have a licence for 10, it is therefore unlimited… or at least only limited by server hardware spec.
You can limit vision and perspective licences from 1 to 5, beyond that it's unlimited

That’s what the option on the IA pricing page allows for selection, but there are many things you can do around licenses that aren’t stated on the website. E.g. buying just 1 report not unlimited reporting.
