Only works with SSL

A companion has installed Ignition 7.5.0 on his laptop. The laptop is working with Windows 7 32 bits and it has Java 7 installed. The problem is when he tries to launch the designer, the download starts as normal for a few seconds, after that time the download stagnates here.


He found he can solve this just by checking Use SSL option in Gateway Setting. Why is this happening? :scratch:

Does he have an anti-virus running, like AVG?

Yes, he has AVG antivirus. He is going to try with another antivirus.
