OPC Browser is offscreen in the designer

I just opened up a FactoryPMI designer (running version 3.3.3), and I can’t get to the OPC Browser panel. I’ve tried to choose the “reset layout” option, but I still can’t get the OPC Browser panel to appear. I assume it’s appearing somewhere offscreen that I can’t get to. Is there some command I can execute that will force it to dock somewhere I can see it? Or something? this is very frustrating.

I think if you go to View > Panels> OPC Browser and close it/reopen it that way it should pop back into view.
