The networking broke at local switch and remote switch for 10-30 seconds.(Ignition server--local switch--remote switch--OPC server) Then the Ignition OPC client froze for hours until I restart the OPC module manually. Everything showed good, OPC client connection, tags quality, but tags no longer update anymore. I tried another OPC client tool and checked out the OPC server, it worked fine. I noticed this error because of the abnormal chart.
It happened twice. Version is 8.1.33.
I tried to enable the server diagnostics, but failed by "Diagnostics may not be supported by server."
Any advice? Should I upload any logs(which one...)
