Dear technical support team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am contacting you to inform you about the problems we have been experiencing when trying to connect the FASOPC software to monitor the Fanuc CNC control signals in our plant.

We have made several attempts to register the software on Ignition, however, we are consistently encountering the following endpoint error:

UaException: status=Bad_ConnectionRejected, message=io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: localhost/127.0.0.0.1:4840.

Despite our efforts, including changing ports multiple times and even trying to install the software on different servers, we are still unable to establish a connection to the FASOPC software.

We would greatly appreciate your prompt response and guidance to help us resolve this problem. We are concerned about the persistence of this connection difficulty and would like to better understand why the software fails to establish proper communication with the Fanuc CNCs.

However, "Connection Refused" typically means nothing is listening on the target address and port. Something is misconfigured.
