I have a problem with one of the servers that we used, on section OPC connection mark a fault and do not have connection, its supposed to be connected on a server created with SQL, the server store the data provide by multiple PLC AB

What does this mean? SQL and OPC/UA are different technologies. Also, your photo show what is normally Ignition's own predefined self-connection that is faulted. This would be a separate problem from a broken database connection.
Please explain more about how you got into this situation (and if this is new, why you are using an ancient and unsupported Ignition version).
