I have a customer who is using Ignition’s redundant platform. We have successfully set up OPC DA COM to talk to RSLinx Enterprise on the primary server. They had to shut the primary ignition server off and failed over to redundant server as expected. However, this is when we found the OPC DA COM connection for the redundant server faulted. I was wanting to trouble shoot from the redundant server but Ignition won’t let me add a new OPC connection from the redundant server.
How do I get the redundant OPC DA to not be faulted??
