I’ve dug through some of the older posts, and tried some of their solutions with no luck, but I’m not sure if there’s something else in play since most OPC-COM/OPC-DA posts are much earlier versions of ignition.
I’m trying to connect to an OPC-DA server running on a B&R PLC. and it seems to try and connect but I’m getting an E_NOINTERFACE error. From what I read, its likely an issue with the OPC Core Components library, but I’ve pulled the latest version and installed it (and repaired it once), but no luck changing that error.
Are there other root causes that could generate that message? We don’t have much control over the B&R device unfortunately, but I am trying to work with that other team to find a solution.
