OPC Item path for an array tag

Hello

I am trying to define the OPC item path for an array tag with an S7-1200, however I can't seem to figure out what is the correct syntax and if that is even possible.
The PLC tag is stored in a DB without optimized access and it is composed of 120 DInt elements.

IIRC, IA's native driver won't bring in an array into a single tag.
