OPC Timestamp in Transation Groups vs. DB/Ignition Time

How do you use the OPC Timestamp when logging data in a transaction group? We are observing db time not OPC Time?

I see when using built in Ignition History the ability exists to choose between System and Value but this doesn’t exist when using Transaction groups.

So in summary – Why can’t you select OPC Timestamp in a transaction group but you can in a SQL Tag history?

How do I get a time stamp from opc tag? Let’s say I want to display the time stamp on the label control.

If you expand the tag in the Browser, you can drag whatever property you want right onto the Label component. That will automatically bind the label to the tag property.
