Using updating to 8.3.1: after a device has lost it connection due to power cycles, it does not reconnect. Anyone else experienced this ?
Very little information to share as we where dealing with it late Friday evening and didn’t copy that much. But need to get it going again Monday. Thanks
All that we’re really seeing here is that you’ve lost your connection to the server and the reconnection attempt hasn’t succeeded yet because opening the TCP connection times out.
