Opc ua -> plcnext (sim)

Having problems linking Ignition to a PLCNext (sim) . THe Security on the sim is set to None and No encryption and the device resides at OPC.TCP://loacalhost:4840, but I keep getting an faulted message.

I can get UAExpert to connect and also Cogent Data Hub to connect to the PLCNEXT so the problem must be a setting in Ignition.

Any body got a step by step to help me connect this specific OPC UA to Ignition.

I would suggest opening a ticket with Inductive Automation Support for this issue, if you haven't already resolved this.
