I have notice this log every time a programs uploads using opc ua server protocol, in my opinion is harmless since every tag is ok and responsive. But I don’t clearly understand why is this happening, any idea?

It’s harmless in this case. It’s just notification that some measures to resume old subscriptions and request current data have failed, which in this case is expected because when you uploaded a program it restarted the whole server and the state was lost. If supported by the server these measures may succeed in cases where the connection between client and server was lost temporarily.
