I have Report created that i want to open a gmail or outlook and attach the report PDF and keep that mail open without to and from e-mail address. it is possible using ignition perspective?

Why?
You'll be opening Outlook on the client browser and the report PDF will be on the gateway.
Why not have Ignition send the email?
No, that would require malware-level control of the browser.
