I wanted to provide a way for Operations so that when they open, for example a valve faceplate, they have a "help" button that would link them to a guide about the control theory and just any information regarding that. Additionally I want them to be able to create and edit guides because I don't want to have to manually upload the lastest "pdf" or whatever everytime a guide is updated or created. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for this. My current idea is just make the help button an web link to our company sharepoint site and host the guides on there and give Operation's permission to edit and update their guides. Just fishing for any ideas. FYI I'm using 60 Vision gateways -> one central gateway, and a perspective dashboard site so making sure there isn't a lot of upkeep is huge.
I saw in another post, someone mentioned Bookstack, wiki software that can be self-hosted.
