Optimizing OPCUA Alarm Management Module

We use Win911 which uses OPCUA, realtime tag providers, and alarms journals to provide an alarm management solution. The problem is that its slow and gets slower over time. We have a dedicated gateway with the 60 remote tag providers and 1 database alarm journal. Its a very powerful ignition gateway and memory and CPU usage isn't an issue.

What settings do you think I can adjust or try out to increase the performance?

I'm not sure you've described your architecture, how Win911 fits in, or even what "its slower and gets slower over time" even means - what gets slower?

Unfortunately there is extremely little I know or Win911 knows about their software so I will do some more digging.
