I’m developing an app to be used through ignition perspective’s mobile app. Upon opening, the app screen overlays on top of the ignition app screen, and will not fix itself without restarting. I’ve been able to replicate this bug on a few different apple devices, but not on any android/samsung. Has anyone else encountered this and know how to fix it?
On a similar note, it seems that saving a gateway on an apple device is not completely reliable. The option to save an application either disappears quickly or just isn’t available, so that my user has to keep entering the gateway if they want to use the app.
Any advice would be helpful, thank you!
