Hi all,
one of my pages is made up of a PNG image (about 70 kB), 5 template canvas whose contents are defined through a query against a table in the database, some more numeric displays.
I have no problem to load that page in a client, when the client is open on the same PC where the gateway is installed or in a PC which is connected to it through a LAN. However if I try to load that page in a client, which is connected through a remote assistance appliance (secomea LinkManager), the page loads all objects correctly, but hangs while trying to populate objects with dynamic data.
Any suggestion about parameters that I could check?
