Page scroll bar on top of Docked Views?

Hello everyone. I’m using 8.1.2-RC1 and I’m wondering if there is a way to have page scroll bars overtop the north docked view I have configured in my Shared Settings?

Something like this:

So you don’t want the top header dock to always show at the top?

I always want it to show. I want it to act just like this forum.

Hmm, I didn’t even notice that. I don’t think it’ll be possible in Perspective, at least at the moment, as it’s containers that get scrollbars, and you can’t span them across different views
