Pages Not Aligning Correctly

I am having an issue where some pages load centered in my vision client and some load left aligned.
On some pages some of the elements load centered and some load left aligned.

Is there any way to fix this? I cannot find alignment settings anywhere.

I looked for that repeatedly and somehow missed that one in the manual…
