Pan Zoom iFrame

Good morning,
These days I have been trying out the resource 'Pan Zoom iFrame' to integrate it into an application screen. It is a resource to be able to zoom in on large-format views. I find it a very interesting resource to display screens that contain a lot of information. The resource does everything expected but sometimes the iFrame shows the 'Connecting' status and is not able to load the URL that contains the screen I want to display.
Has anyone tried this resource and encountered this problem? It would be very helpful if you could help me solve it.

I usually reach out to the developer of the specific exchange resource. I'm sure some might have advice on this forum, but IMO it's really better for the developer to handle issues/requests on their resources. Click on Contact the Developer.
