Panel Edition questions

The following I have gleaned from the forum and the web site:

  • It does work with OPC Tags
  • It can not run a db query.

The following has never been that clear:

  • Does it work with internal tags?
  • Does the panel edition work with SQLTags?

And the new question of the day:

  • Can a mobile client work with a panel edition?

The Ignition Panel edition works with any tags: OPC, DB (no SQL mode), System and Client. You have to have the mobile module in order to run a mobile client and since the panel edition only allows one client it would either be the mobile or local web-launched client.
