noticed my alarms were not sending though my pathway. did some research and found as of may 2022 google has added 2 step verification and removed the less secure apps option. has anyone found a way to make this till work or have you changed to a another email service. im currently running verison 8.0.17 should i update? is there a fix for this in the update ignition?
This should not have been a surprise–it was announced a couple years ago. But it isn’t the end of the world–see the post two days ago:

For now you need to use the less secure application / application-specific password workaround.
