Has anyone succeeded in getting a pepwave BR-1 Mini LTE cell modem to work with ignition sms alarm notification, I guess I’m asking how the pepwave would need to be set up because there isn’t much in ignition to change
Ignition’s SMS functionality is built specifically for AirLink series device (or via Twilio with that module), not any ol’ generic cellular modem.
Thanks that’s disappointing but good to know! We have the device already and operations wanted SMS because no one can understand the Karen voice module lol
And she’s always wanting to speak to the manager 
You can send a SMS from the Pepwave using the APIs so you could configure a script to run an API to send a SMS when an alarm is triggered
