Periodic Issues with Client Login

Users at one of our sites are having periodic issues logging into vision clients. When they enter in their credentials it says the user/password are incorrect. This happens for everyone at the same time and usually lasts for about 5-10 minutes. It does not seem like a connection issue as nobody I have spoken to seems to be getting timeouts. Could this be caused by issues with the IDP or something along those lines?

Can you confirm what user source you are using when you are having your users login to the Vision Client? Typically users should be allowed to login if they are assigned to the correct user source to have access to the project.

Also, are there any messages in your Gateway logs during the period where users are not able to authenticate from the Vison Client?
