Permissions Denied. onmousedown action for component manual button was denied

Farly new user 80% through inductive university.

I have one user (that I know of) and any new user that I add, I will get "Permissions Denied. onmousedown action for component manual button was denied" popup, this is only in the perspective session, Vision works perfectly fine.
I am receiving this popup when the user hits a button to start a pump motor, this is throughout all my perspective windows, The same user can access vision without any issues. All other users have no problem with Perspective controls. I have tried creating a new user account and I am still getting this popup, I know its role based and authentication based, and the user meets all these credentials.
Anyone have any ideas on this to help?

Can you show us what's going on in one of the buttons event actions and the popup? I've never experienced this behavior.

Josborn, thank you for getting back with me. After digging through these forums, I determined that my user was not authenticated, I had to add him under identity provider and under grant user. this is the first time I had this issue, all others just authenticated
