PersistentRecord + CheckBoxMultipleChoice

I'd like to show a Wicket CheckBoxMultipleChoice on my OPC UA driver's edit page, something akin to the roles selector for local users.

Does this sound like something I can do without giving myself brain damage? Or maybe it'd be "easier" as a separate config page?
