Has anyone come across this before? I can open a new designer instance and save just fine in that designer until the issue occours again.

Thank you

This started happening to me again today.

I was in the designer for maybe 10 minutes.

It seems that if i restart the gateway it doesn’t occur again for awhile but that could just be coincidence.

Do you use a VPN or anything to get connected to your gateway?
The stacktrace in your first post doesn’t really make sense to get after you’re already in a project; it’s saying that the project you’re currently editing doesn’t exist, but is a successful round-trip to the gateway.

Yeah I use a VPN to get into our corporate network and my designer launcher is pointed to the hostname of the gateway.

I haven’t had this problem until recently, so I thought it might have had to do with updating to 8.1.7 but i guess it’s entirely possible our IT department changed something on the VPN side
