Is there an ETA on when this component will be available in Perspective, as in Vision?

I don’t have an ETA on the component, but I think we introduced scripting functions so that you could manage the same functionality:
addUser()
removeUser()

I’ve spent the better part of 4 hours (and still have a bit more to go) building something that mimics what we have in vision. I think the least IA could do is build something and put it on the exchange. I have to think someone in IA could bang it out in a few minutes.

Agree. IA must provide in perspective at least the same components than in Vision.

What is really missing is also the free shapes (line, circle, rectangle etc…)

It is unreasonable to do in 3 years for Perspective what took 15+ years to build and polish for Vision. (Vision's components go back to the FPMI days...)

I understand that. But I think we all agree IA now have a lot more firepower than they had 15 years ago.

I’m a big fan of Ignition. It’s my #1 tool now. But honestly, free shapes are very basic in every HMI.
