Perspective App Issue: No Gateway Connection

Morning,

I'm encountering an issue with ignition perspective app on an iPad. I've been doing some testing prior on my home internet connection. The setup worked there fine, and I was able to easily connect to the gateway through the perspective app.

I've now brought everything to the office and connected to a new network on both my client computer and iPad, but I continually get an error on the perspective app. The issue is it tries to connect, loads for a few seconds then I get the following error display.

I can still connect and work on the project on my client computer but cannot connect to the gateway via the iPad.

I've tried the following,

Ensured both client computer and iPad are connected to the same network, I've also ensured that inbound and outbound rules for port 8088 are open on my client computer via the window defender firewall. I also reset the iPad and its settings on the off chance it could be an issue regarding that. Any tips or help is much appreciated.

Checking the silly stuff ...
Are you sure the iPad hasn't connected to a guest network with a firewall between it and the main network?
Can you ping the gateway from the iPad?

Just downloaded a third part app for to test it and I cannot ping the gateway

I figured out the issues, I should've figured but IT was blocking my unrecognized device. Everything's good to go now.
