Perspective App issue on Android 7 device

Hi! We are encountering an issue in the perspective app for android on device running on android 7. Project is stuck at the loading screen when trying to load a project. We are authenticating users through active directory but the page for the login was not appearing. We tried on different devices on the same android version and we encounter the same results. For other devices running on higher adnroid version, this problem has not manifested.

We started encountering this issue yesterday and the app did not have any issue over the weekend. Anyone have an idea on this? Thanks in advance.

Same here, We had been using the app on Android 7 when we encountered the problem yesterday. (August 25/2021 Philippine Time). The App was verified working on Android 7, last August 22, 2021 Philippine Time.

Which versions of Ignition and the Perspective App are you two using?

This the version I used. The one coming from Google Playstore

We found the issue and are getting a new release ready with the fix. Should be out by tonight. Thanks for the quick feedback.

Version 1.0.1 addressing this issue has just been submitted for release. It will be automatically available in the Play Store once it has been approved.
