Perspective Client Editing the On Call Roster Order?

Good Afternoon All,
Using Ignition 8.1.23
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the order of the operators in the "on call roster" from the Perspective Client?? I am attempting to give the lower priviledged operators the ability to make their names move up or down on the roster order themselves from a Perspective client side, but not give them full access to the gateway "users" GUI. Some of our sites have the supervisors onsite only part of the week and their schedules change too often to depend on the gateway for staff scheduling ... Thank you,
