Perspective Date Picker returns midday instead of 00:00

The Date Picker props.pickerType : date returns a datetime value of midday on the selected date. Who thought this was a good idea? Surely it should return midnight?

The mode of operation creates a minor headache when bound bidirectionally to a session variable for a chart startdate, or similar.

What version are you using? I know we've done 12:00 (noon) as the default since 8.0.0, but some recent changes to the Date components warranted defaulting to 0:00 (midnight) 8.1.22 RC1 should see Date components default to midnight.
