Hi Everyone,
Just wondering how to disable the swipe down refresh.
The operator kept on refreshing the webpage on the phone, instead of scroll down the page, which is a bit counterproductive.
Any solution?

The timeout is fairly long to refresh, you have to hold it for 2-3s. Also, to scroll down, you swipe up, and to reset you swipe down 
Maybe the operator needs some training?
