Perspective - Dropdown scroll issue

I’m on 8.0.16 and I got same issue with 8.1

On dropdown when we try to scroll by clicking on scrollbar the dopdown close. We are only able to scoll with the mouse scroll…

I believe that there is a bug in for this. It’s in a popup correct? It also does it in designer I think.
