Hello pgmo,
It doesn't look like this custom configuration of the XY chart has a way for us to include labels directly on the objects.
As a workaround, we can utilize the tool tip functionality to include some form of label that is viewable when selecting the specified time frame. Under the example objects, we can create a new property which can then be referenced under the tooltip text property.
I would also suggest submitting this as a feature request by visiting the link below.

Adding the text on the bar of gantt chart(not on the tooltip) is that not possible ?
