Every now and then my perspective sessions all lock up and the only way I have found to fix it is restart the gateway. All the components get the black dot on them let the one shown below. I don’t see anything in the logs that looks suspicious.
If you can still get to the gateway web page, you should grab a thread dump. If that doesn't give you a reasonable clue, open a support ticket.

What about your gateway performance page? Are the thread counts or memory usage high?
Did you get a thread dump? The screenshot is not helpful.

Do you have the error that Perspective display?
Also when you say they lock up, I assume you mean you can no longer interact with the client. Can’t change pages, open popups, etc? Or do you just see those quality overlays on all of your graphics that have bindings?

The project is a high security area so I can share the thread dump. Is there something in particular I should look for?
Then you should get in contact with official support, as they have NDA’s in place.
