Perspective Login Button 404 Error

I can browse to the root of each perspective project which gives me the default Ignition splash screen with the login button. However, I get the following 404 error immediately after pressing the login button. The view with the login form never displays. I'm able to login using preview mode with the designer, and test credentials works fine as well.

I'm running nginx on the same server as my perspective projects, and it appears to be working since it proxies to each of the projects on my perspective server.

Any ideas?

Can you clarify where you're getting stuck with some screenshots please? Any errors in the logs?

@strinidad You've had this problem since January? Is it intermittent or constant? How have you been working around it?
