During a recent update to my side MenuTree, I duplicated an item in order to add a selection further up the Tree.
It wasn't noticed until a week later, but by adding a new item, data had all shifted down but the bindings had not.
i.e. Items 1 with binding a

2b
3c
changed to
1a
new b
2c
3
Is there a method to fix this on Ignition's end?

It's important to know what version of Ignition you are using.
I did not have the same experience using 8.1.44 for example.

I'm using version 8.1.43.
I checked the 8.1.44 patch notes, and it didn't mention anything about an update to the menutree item
This sounds like a bug you are experiencing in 8.1.43. You may attempt to upgrade or contact support about it.
