On the Perspective mobile app when using the ‘launcher’ it will open the same instance if one was launched previously. However, if you create a shortcut of the project, it will always create a new instance. Sometimes this isn’t desirable.
I am guessing this is by design, but I have created a feature request here to see if an option can be created to only ever have a single instance.
As a side note, I often find that if multiple instances of the same project are open on mobile I often get timeout errors on first load. Closing all instances and starting a new one fixes the issue.
I thought I’d post here just in case I have missed a setting that can already do this, or if others are seeing the same outcomes as me. For reference I am on Android 11 and v1.0.1-77 of the Perspective app.
